Managing Director

Jens Eilert brings more than 12 years experience of leading roles in large national and international companies to HTP Maximum GmbH & Co. KG.

His extensive expertise is located above all in the preparation and wrapping up of M&A transactions and the remodelling of organizational structures, in particular in distribution and company development. At HTP, he supervises actively investment companies and directs the analysis and selection of further investments.

Sport is one of Jens’ passions. He plays hockey, runs and skis. He also loves traveling and spending time with his children.

Managing Director

Since 2007, Patrick Nathe has been Managing Director of HTP Maximum GmbH & Co KG. He occupies the same post at Hellman East Europe GmbH & Co KG. Before, the MBA graduate was already active as managing director of renowned companies such as IHG Logistics GmbH & Co KG.

His expertise is located particularly in the reorganization of companies and their operational leadership. To do this he draws upon a sophisticated sense of commerce.

A married family man and father of three sons, he can often be found in his free time on the golf course. In addition he enjoys cycling and running.

CFO

As the CFO of HTP Dr. Joachim Vogt is in charge of the financial, the investment and the transaction management. His activities encompass the management and execution of the M&A transaction process when investing into new company participations. He is also responsible for monitoring and advising the portfolio companies. This task includes the elaboration of solutions to strategical, operational and financial issues with the management of the portfolio companies.

He obtained his knowledge in M&A and investment management during his six years as a transaction advisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an investment manager with the venture capital firm SevenVentures. Corresponding to his job focus, his PhD thesis concentrates on the topic of long-term value effects of M&A transactions. In addition to his transaction expertise, he has several years of experience in the financial management and restructuring of industrial companies.

His leisure interests cover athletics, ancient history and economic policy.

Sabine Klein
Management Assistant

As Management Assistant, Sabine is in charge of all office organization at HTP and is also your contact person for all inquiries.

After holding many posts as chief secretary and management assisstant, the qualified office administrator has been employed by HTP from 2009.

She is happy to be active in her free time: motorbike riding and jogging are her hobbies.
